Our owner Sandra Stern created Bittersweet Pet Resort 22 years ago. She has a degree in Animal Science, is a licensed Veterinary Technician and Certified Pet Groomer. She lives on-site and has created a place where pets feel right at home
All employees are certified in Canine Red Cross First Aid.
We take pride in our quality staff who are OPCLC certified for Animal Care and demonstrate passion for animals in all that they do!

Morgan is a treasured asset to Bittersweet Pet Resort. Her proficient ability of caring for the animals is validated by the number of returning customers over the last 3 years! Her commitment to providing the best care for all the pets assures your pet will have a comfortable stay.
Madison is our reservation specialist. When you call Bittersweet you know your in good hands whether it be making reservations, adding extra services, or getting questions answered, Madison is there for you. She is a wonderful addition to our growing staff.
Cathy is our beginner riding instructor and trail ride guide. She has been involved with horses over ten years. Cathy boards her own horse, Mozart, at Bittersweet. She provides a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable riding experience. Cathy boards her own horses, Mozart and Thunder, at Bittersweet.
